We have an open venue policy and an array of furniture and decor which is all included for one daily rental price of $400 or a half day 4 hour rental for $200. Make the space your own by decorating with our decorations or you can bring your own. We had 15 round tables that seat 8 at each table, 4 6foot rectangle tables, 3 standing tables, and two kids tables with 12 chairs. We offer 120 clear chairs, 6 bar stools, a couch and 6 comfortable sofa chairs.  Each table has a white spandex tablecloth. We even offer table runners and charter plates. If you want a fancy party we have 120 sets of dishes including dinner plates, salad plates, bowls, cups, and Champaign glasses. If you want to use the space for a kids party you can move the picket fence to open up the space for more play. The space is designed for you to make it your own no matter what occasion you are having.
